PUNONG LAPUZ, ILOILO: HALLOWEEN AT ITS BEST
Last November 1, 2011 Brgy. Officials of Brgy. Punong Lapuz, Iloilo City headed by the Brgy. Captain Twet Asturias, hold once again a yearly halloween extravaganza.
A Halloween costume and make-up contest was held, participated by the locals. It's astonishing to see an ordinary Brgy. can stage such a spectacular event.
